It all started when I took my first trip to Europe as a teenager in 2016.

My adventure began in 2016 with a trip to visit family in England and a reunion with a German exchange student I befriended in high school. During six unforgettable weeks in Europe, I fell head over heels for the continent. The allure was undeniable; I knew I had to return. Following this transformative experience, I graduated from high school and set my sights on earning a Bachelor of Education. From the outset, my ultimate goal was clear: to teach abroad, particularly in Europe.

After years of dedication, armed with my university diploma, I finally had the opportunity to pursue my dreams. I scoured the internet tirelessly for teaching positions across Europe, and against the odds, I stumbled upon my dream job: teaching at a Canadian Bilingual School in the Czech Republic. With excitement and determination, I embarked on the journey of a lifetime, ready to carve out a new life overseas.

The fusion of my passions for teaching and traveling propels me forward, driving me toward my true calling. In the wise words of Brene Brown, “When we have the courage to walk into our story and own it, we get to write the ending.” This quote resonates deeply with me as I embrace this new chapter of my life, ready to shape my own narrative and create a future filled with purpose and adventure.
